Gina Parziale has worked for nonprofits for more than 20 years, Gina is passionate about empowering charities to maximize their impact. 

She is a Certified Fundraising Executive, AGWA Certified Grant Writer, AFP Master Trainer and trained Strategic Planning Facilitator with a Certificate in Nonprofit Management from the State University of New York and Certificates in Nonprofit Board Consulting and Board Education from Board source. Gina held Executive Director positions with the Alport Syndrome Foundation, Pulmonary Hypertension Association, American Liver Foundation, and Muscular Dystrophy Association. 

After sharing her experience at many conferences and training, including the National Organization for Rare Disorder Summit's plenary session on Ethical Engagement of Industry, World Orphan Drug Congress, and Global Genes, many organizations sought Gina’s advice. She began her consulting business to address the great, unmet need for affordable, expert guidance to organizations. 

Gina provides strategic planning, grant writing, fundraising planning and execution, Board and staff development, therapeutic advancement, and engagement with industry to charities.

In her personal life, Gina has a one-year-old daughter who has overcome two rare diseases to become a very active toddler. She enjoys performing with an improv theater group, volunteering for local charities, and is a big sports fan. 

Gina is thrilled to serve as a Fractional Executive with Execs On-Call to achieve their common goal of supporting nonprofits to enhance the lives of those they serve.
