Callie Camp is a Medical Device Leader who drives KOL Engagement and Medical Education strategies by fostering strategic partnerships and leveraging expertise in relationship management. She is a resilient, visionary thinker who thrives amidst new challenges; able to assess, influence, and deliver effective solutions. 

She has a proven track record of exceeding organizational goals by building high-performing teams through a keen focus on talent identification, assessment, and development. As a Certified Master Change Leader, she drives and optimizes process innovation, systemic functionality, and employee engagement by creating and coaching teams through practical, experiential approaches to change acceleration and management. 

Callie has spent the last 16 years in the Cardiovascular Medical Device space at Medtronic.  Fourteen of those years have been in Professional Relations and Medical Education. Most recently she led the US Medical Education team in the Structural Heart Business where she successfully transformed the Medical Education strategy and offerings inclusive of audience, structure, and modalities.

Prior to Medtronic Callie had a successful career as an executive recruiter spanning multiple industries. 

She volunteers with Minnesota Crossroads Network and Career Village and is the Treasurer of Shady Point Villas association.
