Sixto has been in corporate finance for over 15 years with a career-long passion for analytics where his efforts in robotic process automation and model-driven decision-making algorithms have had great success at Intel and USAA. He believes that to scale a business, its core processes must be largely automated, which both increases productivity and creates an opportunity for those teams to focus on the next big thing with minimal overhead.
True to this mantra, Sixto has successfully automated most of the core FP&A processes at every place he has managed a P&L enabling his career-defining price optimization projects to flourish. Having participated in countless projects from planning through execution both big and small he knows what to look for to frame a problem and set a robust plan to bring about a timely execution, on budget, with confidence, and especially with options.
